small village with art and cultural events, yoga sessions

airport and ski resorts, and less than an hour from
Montreal. Ottawa-Gatineau is only a pleasant hour and a
half drive away.

The lake offers a changing landscape that mesmerizes. You
can boat, canoe, kitesurf, walk, or skate in winter. Swim,
paddleboard, or simply admire, especially under the full
moon that rises right in front, creating a diamond-studded
path on the water.
THE HOUSE
Custom-designed with the expertise and meticulous attention
of Contractor Hugo Lacoste, who also built it. The
materials and construction are solid and of superior
quality. For example, the metal roof, although guaranteed
for 50 years (to be verified), may last a lifetime. Roof
supports are doubled from safety standards to never worry
about snow loads. The house's CanExel siding is coated with
3 layers of factory-applied paint. Gutters are covered,
requiring no emptying or maintenance. Before entering,
you'll notice a large storage shed and a double carport
without even stepping into the triple heated garage. The
carport is finished in spruce, a wood that hardly ever rots
and ages gracefully. You'll also hear the trickling of
spring water from the "Claire-Fontaine," reminding you that
water won't be lacking here!
High-end Fabelta windows are tilt-and-turn, allowing you to
crack them open at the top for ventilation or swing them
wide like doors. Retractable screens provide unobstructed
views through the windows while keeping insects out during
the warmer months. The main floor features
terracotta-colored heated flooring.
